Once you submit the form, you’ll receive a link to book your Strategy & Alignment Call. This is a focused, unhurried conversation — not a sales pitch. We’ll explore what you’re navigating, what you’re hoping to build, and whether working together is the right fit. You’ll leave with clarity either way.
02 The Engagement
If it’s a mutual fit, I’ll share what a coaching engagement looks like — structure, investment, and timeline. We move forward only when it feels right for both of us.

Your path forward: three steps.
01 The Fit Conversation — Complimentary • 15–20 minutes
We begin with a brief, no-cost conversation to get oriented. I want to understand your organization, your immediate challenges, and what you’re hoping to build. You’ll have the chance to ask questions and get a feel for how I work. If there’s alignment, we move to the next step. If there isn’t, I’ll tell you honestly — and point you toward what might serve you better.
02 The Discovery & Recommendations Session — Paid
This is where the real work begins. The Discovery & Recommendations Session is a focused 60–90 minute deep-dive with you and relevant members of your leadership team, followed by a written Recommendations Report — a clear-eyed assessment of where your organization is and a proposed scope of work for moving forward. This is not a generic audit. It is tailored, strategic, and designed to give you something genuinely useful, whether or not we continue together.
Investment: $1,500.00 — includes the session and written Recommendations Report, delivered within 10-14 business days.
If we move into a full engagement, the cost of the Discovery & Recommendations Session is credited toward your total investment.
03 The Engagement
Once you’ve reviewed the Recommendations Report, we meet to walk through the findings and discuss next steps. If the scope feels right, we build a formal proposal and begin.
